THE GITE

The house has been restored with care so that the original character of the house has been respected.
Oak joists, chestnut floor, the sand-stone open fire place and a terracotta floor downstairs.
In the beginning of 2004 the house was restored completely.

There is a new bathroom with toilet, a second new toilet, a complete new fully fitted kitchen.
The house has been freshly painted inside and outside,
the terrace of the swimming pool has also been renewed.

The terrace at the house has been provided with new tables and chairs
and at the pool there are new luxurious deck chairs and umbrellas.
Around the house there are enough activities for the children, including table tennis,
a dart game, a badminton game and a jeu de boules.

IN THE RIGHT ORDER …….

Persons:
The house is furnished for maximum 6 persons with possibly 1 or 2 babies.
There is one child’s bed. And one baby-chair/high chair.

Bedrooms:
There are 3 completely furnished bedrooms with boxspring beds of 90 x 200,
guaranteeing a good nightrest. There is a child’s bed with a quilt

Toilets:
There are 2 toilets, one in the bathroom and a separate one in the hall.

Bathroom:
Is provided with 2 big wash-stands with mirror and small closet, a large shower unit and toilet.
Bedding/ You ought to bring your own bedding, towels and bath-towels.
Towels One quilt for a single person and pillows are available.



Living room:
The living room is comfortable and cosy, furnished with an open fire, television (provided with dish aerial).
Furthermore a radio and CD player are available.





Kitchen:
The old tower-room has been provided with a complete new kitchen,
including a dishwasher, a 6 burner gas-cooker (=6-pits gastoestel),
an electric stove, a large fridge with a 3 layer freezer underneath,
a coffee making machine, a bread-toaster etc.



Scullery:
Washing machine, dryer, ironing-board and flat-iron.

Outside:
Playground with badminton, tabletennis (outside table)
Dart game, jeu de boules, a big swimming pool, 3 terraces one of which is
provided with a beautiful outdoor open fire place, which can be used as a barbecue.



Heating:
The whole house has been provided with central heating.
Definitely you can say that you and your children will enjoy yourselves tremendously in this oasis.
